All important information

Room rates are charged to double room per person and night in double use.
Single room surcharge 40 Euro per day
Dogs 10 - 15 Euro / day without food

There is an extra charge for one night and weekend.

Day Spa on the day of departure with locker in the changing room can be booked during regular opening hours for only 18.00 euros per person.
The room's sauna bag may continue to be used there.

Prices for the youngest (with two full-paying guests)

• 0 - 2,99 years: 100% discount
• 3 - 5,99 years: 50% discount
• 6 - 13,99 years: 30% discount

Cancellation

Annoying for you and for us if a room remains free. In the case of a cancellation, the booked hotel arrangement will be charged:

• 30 days before arrival 50 %.
• 14 days to 4 days before arrival: 80 %.
• 3 nights before arrival and in case of early departure 100 % of the agreed room rate.

Deposit

In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit. In this way your booking will be confirmed.

Travel insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Tourist Tax

People from 14 years of age will have to pay a tourist tax of 2,80 € per person and night.
This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.

Various

For your four-legged friends, costs are 10 - 15 € per night (without board). Damage caused by improper handling will be charged.
