Our house with only 4 exclusive and newly renovated rooms is located in a sunny and quiet location at the foot of the Ötztal Alps. In the middle of the Texel Group Nature Park, you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding Pfelder mountains from the comfortable balconies. Furnished with local solid wood and our natural Passeier gneiss stone, the rooms create a true feel-good atmosphere.
Our house is an ideal vacation destination in both summer and winter and offers you numerous possibilities such as hiking, walking, ski tours, fun on the slopes or simply relaxing.

In our new lounge you can relax after a day of hiking or skiing, while our bar, the cozy “Firnstube,” is filled with non-alcoholic drinks, exclusive Psairer beers and South Tyrolean wines.
The fully automatic coffee machine for a homemade tea, coffee or hot chocolate is at your disposal at any time (extra charge).
